Show us a good faith estimate of closing costs from another mortgage company. If we can't beat it we'll tell you so, and we'll tell you why. Then, after your closing, bring us your HUD settlement form showing your actual closing costs. If they were actually lower than the deal we offered you, we'll pay you $200.
